We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You are entitled and encouraged to test out your gaitQ® device as much as possible within those 30 days to ensure it works for you. We recognise that everyone’s condition is different, and we’ve done everything we can to ensure a hassle free returns process. If you don’t feel your gaitQ® device is helpful for you, we will issue you a full refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@gaitQ.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how to prepare your package and send a courier to collect your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To process an exchange, email us on support@gaitQ.com stating the reason for exchange and we will respond within 48 hours.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
